Ok so I overcooked the peas some. I know it, and I was very disappointed. The sauce took a few minutes longer than I expected, AND I got distracted trying to come up with a fancy presentation (which I never came up with obviously. In the end, the chicken was delicious and I would definitely make it again because it was so damn easy. Maddy even said it was "good" though she didn't have more than one bite. Isaiah did not like it.
