Cheeseburger Casserole

1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup sliced American cheese
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits.

In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is cooked. Add tomato sauce and ketchup and heat until mixture is bubbly.

In casserole dish, alternate layers of hamburg mixture with layers of sliced cheese. Place buiscuits on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Then remove cover and let biscuits brown 3 or 4 minutes. Serves 4.
