Hypothetical question: Say someone decided they might want to go see a concert that several other people she knew were going to go to. Say those other people already had their tickets? Do you think that person might be able to get a ticket? Do you think tickets would still be available? Say it was two months away or so and it was at a Casino? Then might tickets be available?
