so we decided to go to the lumberjack show, which was the whole reason for going today. we saw the underhand cross cut, the jack and jill buzz cut, the springboard final, some axe throwing and the chainsaw competitions, both regulated and open. the open competition had all these chainsaws built with motorcycle engines. i was impressed. when tyler heard that, he was disturbed, and i think mildy saddened.

while we watched i had a hot dog and a water. amy had cheeseburger and water.

after that we walked around and looked at animals. somewhere along the way amy had an apple crisp. she played some gambling game and then texas hold'em. she won 4 dollars. while she played i ate a doughboy. then we left. it was around 5. went back to my car, which was COMPLETELY out of oil from idling all day. so i put what i had in, we went to irving and put a lot more in. then i made amy drive because the anxiety of the traffic and my car almost dying was just too much for me. i flipped xm stations and drove her crazy. but we've arrived back safely, and my car is not going CLUNK when i put it in reverse, thank blog.
