# 1 pound beef stew meat
# 4 carrots, cut in chunks
# 1 onion, chopped
# 3 stalks celery, diced
# 3 medium potatoes, diced
# 15 ounces stewed tomatoes, undrained
# 1 dash thyme
# 1 dash oregano
# pinch salt
# 1 beef bouillon cube
# 1 1/2 cup water


Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 7-9 hours.
