Well I suppose I have to take issue with a couple of points in the article just for the record. Mind you I could care less if the high school stays open, I just want my kids to get a decent education. I don't know who that reporter is but she certainly didn't do any research she just printed what people said. So I would just like to say that something WAS done about the roof after the 1998 report. The school received around $1 Million to fix that roof and the board decided not to do that and instead to buy portable classrooms (against the states wishes, I believe). At the time they thought this would ensure them to be put at the top of the funding list (which it did).
