Well, I have a lot to catch up on. Firstly the blueberry pie recipe. This was the best 2 crust blueberry pie I ever made.

4 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp butter
zest of 1/2 lemon (or more to taste)
pinch of cinnamon

your favorite crust

put 3 cups of blueberries in a saucepan with the sugar, cornstarch and a couple of tablespoons of water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce is relatively clear. Remove from heat and allow to cook to lukewarm. Mix in the remaining blueberries, lemon and cinnamon. Pour into uncooked pie crusht and top with butter and second crust. Brush crust with egg white or cream and sprinkle with sugar. Cook just until crust is browned. Allow to cool and serve with ice cream if desired.
