Spinach Dip - Great for Summer Parties - WAHM.com Boards

Crunchy Spinach Dip - Makes 4 Cups
1 - 10 oz. pkg frozen spinach (cut while frozen)

1 - 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts - chop into pieces

1 - Envelope dry Country Vegetable Soup Mix

1 1/2 C. Sour Cream

1/2 C. Real Mayo

In Medium Bowl, mix all ingredients and stir. Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors. Serve.

**** I like to serve in a hollowed out loaf of sweet bread and use the chunks of bread that was hollowed out as a dipper. I use (Kings--??? I think its called) Hawaiian Bread. It's round and is sort of; but not too sweet. Delicious!
