random thoughts from our vacation

the four of us were sitting around watching the women's 100 yard dash final. they were doing this story on the mexican woman who became somewhat of a national hero, especially for the girls. well, at first we noticed that the woman was not very pretty. then mila started noticing the very masculine traits of the girl....like a pronounced adam's apple. so the question was, do they check gender? i mean, a man would have a distinct advantage over a field of women in a 100m dash.....just something to think about....
