so yesterday we arrived back in portland. yay, home. amy picked us up and we went to casual male for some shirts. we picked out some delicious long sleeved button ups and ties for my man. they make him look pretty cute. then we went to filene's where i found a really cute purple purse ON SALE. they didn't have the one i really wanted, which was a pastel purple with a square pattern on it, but the one i got is pretty cute. and it came with a lipstick case which i've been wanting because of the handiness of the little mirror. it also came with a keychain that has a purse, a heart, and a shoe on it, so i love that of course. i love little shoes, in case anyone didn't know. then i went to the clinique counter and got some moisturizing gel, which is different from the lotion because it has no mineral oil in it (finally), so hopefully i'll be able to use it without sweating in the summer. we'll see. but it was free gift time, so i got some lotion, some pore reducer, a lipstick, and eye shadow trio, and a small set of brushes, all in a little sage green makeup bag that i don't need. but it's all quite fabulous. thanks tyler! i love ya! anywho, as we're walking out of filene's, i'm looking all over for the car and not where i'm supposed to be walking (natural for me), and my foot falls off the side of the sidewalk, and down i go, ass over teakettle, right in front of this woman. she was so worried about me! but me, i fall all the damned time because i'm a klutz, that i'm laying on the ground laughing my ass off. tyler is a few yards in front of me, so he thinks i collapsed, not tripped on nothing, so he's running back in a big panic. amy's laughing her ass off with me telling the woman i'm fine. we all get ourselves composed and leave.
