Hey RK, if you come to see me in October, are you going to go to this with me?

Friday, September 29, 2006

Those are pretty cute. And I'm glad he deemed the lava lamp worthy of a mention. It's so funny the things kids think about.

As for me, I'm counting down until vacation. I am helping M&I move tonight and tomorrow, so my weekend is going to be all kinds of fun.

Dear Classmates,

My name is Isaiah.

I have a big house in Lowell. I have two cats named Taley and Winker. I have a dog named Mixy. I have a lava lamp. I am good at head stands.

From
I

This is the best one....it's so cute I have to get it out on the blog. I couldn't stand to save the best for last.

Dear Isaiah

You are always in a great mood and I'm very glad, otherwise, you would get mad at me every time I made a joke with you. (Wich is a lot!)

It's always fun to pal around with you, because you're always in a great mood!

You have a plethra of personality! Such as your good temper, good manners, and listening skills. I'm glad to be your friend.

Sincerely,
E

Can you even stand it? Isn't that the cutest thing ever!!!!????!!!!

It's day three of the roofing. Taily didn't come home this morning.

Yesterday, I went to Bangor to stock up on supplies for the weekend. I went to Burby and Bates with Jerry and we got lots of wine and beer. Then I dropped off Jerry and picked up Snoop to help me pick out a vacuum cleaner. The one I got seems to work well. We'll see how it holds out over the long haul.

Leigh and I went to OG for soup salad and breadsticks. We also had one glass of white wine each, and it threw us for a little loop, which is always fun.

Then we went to TJ's where I bought 2 down pillows and 2 sets of sheets.

I then took Snoop home and went to get groceries. Afterwards I went to Starbucks and got a chai latte that I couldn't drink because it was so sweet it burned my mouth. YUCK!

I have the cutest things to relay to you. Isaiah was the class superstar last week. Mr. Libby has them all right letters to each other when they're the superstar. I'm going to put some of the highlights here for you..they are adoreable.

Surprisingly, I do NOT recommend going to Mardens for sheets. They are often irregular and not marked as such.

I find, for sheets, that either TJs or Bed, Bath, & Beyond have the best deals. Sometimes BB&B has sheets that are not "seasonal colors" marked as much as 50% off...nice sheets, Wamsutta and everything. Linens n' Things does not often have the same deal.

I think I might shop too much.

I can't wait to be at the bar in Disney sipping cocktails with my shoes off.

Well, I have one more room to go and I will have officially cleaned every inch of my house. Today Isaiah's bed will be ready. Who knows when Maddy's will be here. You didn't read my post because I said I might "cut my hair". No Bob involved. I would like to see him though. If you come home for xmas we'll get you an appointment.

Tommorow I have to go to Bangor at some point. Hopefully I can find some sheets, a vacuum and a walker. I don't know how I'm supposed to fit all this stuff into one week. I have piano too. I guess I'll be going after that.

I don't think I have any work to do today. Candy's home sick. Anita's leaving at noon. It's going to be difficult for me to stay until 5. Bets on when I actually leave?

If you want to know who the Scissor Sisters are, watch "Dancing with the Stars" tonight--they are the musical guest!

for the record....I did NOT cut my hair yesterday, AND I didn't go to bridge last night. I have a billion dishes to do today!

Tuesday, September 26, 2006

Are you going to see Bob? I miss Bob very much. I cannot get a decent hair cut here for less than $200.

I got an e-mail from the C-hans giving their new address. Now I have no choice but to get Shi-nay-nay's gift to her on time.

I'm thinking I might cut my hair today. We'll see what happens.....

I'm sorry--I can't help it--

There are a loveseat and chair that match.

Well, my office reputation of knowing ANYTHING about sports has been shot to hell. I think I picked 3 winners. That just about blows.

The concert Saturday was GREAT. The Scissor Sisters were the best of the bunch. To describe them....well, if Jon Waters had a band...kinda B-52s, kinda Queen, kinda alternative rock...they put on a really good show. We also saw The Who, Gnarls Barkley, the Raconteurs, The Killers, The New Pornographers, Thievery Corporation. Didn't get to see Clap Your Hands Say Yeah even though they were there. If you don't know those bands, shame on you--look them up. Except Thievery Corporation, they didn't really knock me out.

My sincerest apologies

To Jen: For picking every game incorrectly. Well, I think we might have picked two correctly. Sorry Jen.

I pick "stoop" from all those synonyms.

It's been another weekend of eating for us....
Friday, Leigh and I went to the MA football game for a few. Go Lynx!!! or whatever they are. The won, beating Dexter forty-something to something. After, Leigh and I went to shooters where we had pumpkin spice beer and declared it Yummy! I drank ONE ENTIRE BEER!!! I wanted a second, but volunteered to be dd. We agreed that the karaoke was sub-par.

Saturday, JK burned the brush pile. I have no recollection of what we did Saturday night. Oh Yeah, I watched 2/3 of the Big Lebowski with the Thurlows.

This a.m. I made brunch. Then Leigh came over for the football game. We were both pretty sad about it. Then I had a little nap. The 'rents came over for dinner and now I'm getting ready for the Pat's.

...see my recipe blog for the punkin pancakes we had for breakfast (thanks all to Martha!)

Saturday

Tomorrow i'm going here.
Don't expect to be able to reach me.

Who is Britney? And, for that matter, who is Claudia Cardinale?

Furni-Journey

I'm sorry, but despite traveling the entire state yesterday, JK and I came home couchless. We DID, however, get a beautiful rug at Marden's. I invite you over this weekend to see it!

Blog Review: Once Upon a time in America

A mysterious stranger with a harmonica joins forces with a notorious desperado to protect a beautiful widow from a ruthless assassin working for the railroad in this long frontier epic. Mysterious pasts and the strength of loyalties is explored amid lightning fast gun battles and stylish vistas.

Summary written by Keith Loh {loh@sfu.ca}

This movie stars Henry Fonda as Frank, a gunslinger hired by the powerful owner of a railroad conglomerate to kill anyone who derails the project. But Frank contends with the wrong person when he murders Brett (Frank Wolff), a landowner. After his death, Brett's wife (Claudia Cardinale) demands revenge, hiring 2 renegades (Charles Bronson & Jason Robards) to go after Frank. 2hrs. 45min. 1968

A fun way to spend 3 hours, but you'd have thought Mr. Leone could have spent a little more time on the script and storyline than he spent on how a fly would walk around someone's face for (literally) 5 minutes.

Now I'm watching "Dancing with the Stars." I want Mario Lopez to win. Why? Well, I saw most of his body on nip/tuck today, and let's just say I'm a fan.

THE RETURN of SNOOP!!

Wow, it took a hot topic to bring her back. And i say AMEN to her return!

I am now home from work, enjoying a marathon of Season 2 PR. Then I'll be watching last night's nip/tuck.

SO if you didn't know, I had a job interview in Portland next week, but I canceled it, because they are only offering low 30s for a salary and that, quite frankly, is unacceptable for me at this point. Am I still coming home? Don't know yet--I may try to apply the already purchased tickets toward the Christmas trip home.

I don't know how you feel about the couch, but if you think I'm too picky, then I don't want to know. If you want me to have a couch just for the sake of having one, then you don't really want me to be happy do you? You COULD make a whoopie pie birthday cake!!!!!

Talked to Amy this a.m. She's in Texas and trying to get out as quickly as possible. She'll be in Phoenex tonight.

Regarding the couch, I'm not even gonna go there....everyone already knows how I feel about the subject.

On the subject of whoopie pies...

I did make whoopie pies a few weeks ago, and they were good, but they weren't what i WANTED. I wanted the ones I'm used to--kinda flat cookies, etc. The ones I made were way puffy and kinda tough. I will try again with the Bower's Runion recipe at some point in the near future. I do believe I have to make a birthday cake in the next few days, so the whoopie pies will be put off.

...now to the issue of the couch.

I know you all want me to get some furniture. I'm trying. You have to cut me some slack. I KNOW I'm fussy. I'm truly sorry about that. What you need to try to realize is I HATE furniture, in general. It's just not something I care about. Therefore, if you want me to actually like my living room, you're going to have to give me time to find a couch I can live with and not detest. Remember how much I hated my car? Do you want me to hate my couch for 10 years? I don't think you want that. Because YOU will have to listen to it. So, PLEASE have patience. It's not like I'm not trying. I've been to several places and have shopped online too. I will have a couch before xmas.

Bridge Report

Bridge was held at the home of Tracey last night. All the regulars were in attendance with the exception of Aunt Faye. The cards were REALLY weird. But I had a great night and got HIGH!!!! Hooray for me. Gram got goose I think and I don't remember who was low. There were slams all over the place. I had 2 small slams and a grand, Lil had two little slams and Helen got a few as well. The treat was a DELICIOUS apple pie. Next week bridge will be held at Gram's.

It only removed 417 from mine...go figure.

....1673 miles to go!

Amy and Jason made it to St. Louis yesterday. The dogs are behaving.

Happy Birthday Roger Angell!

May I recommend to you Ewido Anti-spyware. It found HUNDREDS of bugs on my puter that Spybot and Adaware did not find! http://www.ewido.net/en/

Congrats to Amy and Jason on making it way past Cleveland!

I'm BACK baby!!!

Thanks to JK and his famous electricianing, we FINALLY have all our phones and internet functioning! WTG JK!!!! Other than that, I've been cleaning from the weekend. That's about it. We hope to have JK's office installed tonight.

Yes, I confess...I did it.

I went to see Talledega Nights. I couldn't help it--a friend made me. It was funny.

Sacha Baron Cohen looks like this

Saturday, September 16, 2006

Anyone have the Callahans' new address?

Today is an exciting day--recycling, laundry, groceries, cleaning...I know you wish you were me.

Friday, September 15, 2006

Uhhh, road trip--whoopie pies? HELLOOO??? Is there even another option? I think not.

Lake Erie is effing long.

I am not going to be a football fan, just to be contree.

I wish snoop would join us again. Speaking of contree...

Trust me, it isn't worth it. OK it's worth it if it's a half-hour out of your way. If it's six hours out of your way you will lose a friend for life, because it's exTREMEly disappointing. To me, even a fog engulfed Lake Eerie was a LOT more impressive than the falls. Even though we couldn't see it, Jen and I kept saying, "is that STILL Lake Eerie?" It was.

Today I'm going to start painting the trim in my kitchen, or maybe I'll do the cupboards in the bathroom. I don't know which. Yesterday I spend most of my day dealing with the antique paint stain in the dining room. I have to say I did a pretty good job, so now I'll post the method: Take some olive oil, brush it over the stain and let it sit until you feel like starting the scrubbing - but AT LEAST a half hour. Take some medium grade steel wool and start lightly scrubbing the stain. It will take a few minutes but then you'll start to see the stain coming up. My entire project, about 1.5 s.f. took me about an hour of scrubbing. Then you just wipe it up. The great thing about this method is that it does NOT harm the finish on the floor. It does, however, make the boards REALLY smooth, so you would probably need to do something to rough it up if you were working in a high traffic area.

I also spackled holes in some woodworked and fixed all the squeaks in my squeaky doors.

This afternoon I am going to Bangor with GG, so I'll be on the mobile after three. This weekend not much is really going on. Leigh, Madeline and I are going to start M's room and Leigh and I will be watching football all afternoon Sunday. We're going to have chicken burritos.

Still no net

Well, I hate to have to report it, but it appears I will be internetless until at least Saturday. Oh sure, midmaine DID come and install the box and line, but they did it quite half asses and only temporarily. We have to put additional lines in the house as well. Sorry for the inconvenience.....

Wednesday, September 13, 2006

Last night I went to Ellen's to bitch about Midmaine and have a glass of wine. I took them corn chowdah and she fed me texas caviar, we watched Dallas, which was great.

Blog poll: What Dallas character are you most like?

ALLEGEDLY my internet and home phone are going to be switched today. We'll see. I won't be home today, though, because JK and I have to go to Ellsworth. I'll be on the mobile dahling.

Yesterday, JK had to go to Bangor. We working in the morning then Hopie and Lil came to my house for lunch. We had a wonderful time. I made corn chowdah. I'll put the recipe on my recipe blog, because it was so yummy. Anyway we talked about God knows what, but we laughed and drank tea and had a lot of fun. Georgia and Flora came for dessert. The five of us ate an ENTIRE cake - 1/2 inch at a time (which is the best way). It was an EXCELLENT cake(obviously), yellow with fudge frosting, so you really couldn't help it. We drank tea, ate cake and crackers all afternoon. I hope we do it again soon.

Winker ventured into the out of doors and seemed to have a lot of fun. She got me outside at 9 p.m. and thought I wanted to watch her run up and down the road and roll in the dirt all night (which I did not).

I'm going to look at a couch today, and will hopefully at least buy a rug for my dining room and painting supplies to get going on Miss M's bedroom. I think I need a book on how to do things, because I don't know how to do ANYTHING!

YouTube - Slept on his arms

I REALLY want chocolate cake now...and I just had some the other night....how sad is that?

Today the final phone line and internet are SUPPOSED to be moved. We'll see...
I am hosting lunch with the Aunts. Won't that be fun? JK is going to Bangor and there is bridge tonight. That's about it. I won't be playing bridge though, because they have too many people. Do I DARE start moving my computer?

Disney here we come!

When M and I go to Disneyworld next month, we will be eating here, here, and here. Oh, and don't forget the Mickey ice cream carts.

Ultimate Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:
· 1 pound hazelnuts
· 4 tablespoons, softened
· ---Cake---
· 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, broken into 1/2-ounce pieces
· 4 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, softened
· 1 cup plus 1 teaspoon cake flour
· 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 1 cup plus 4 tablespoons, packed light brown sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
· 1/2 cup water
· 3/4 cup sour cream
· ---Granche---
· 1-3/4 cups heavy cream
· 2 tablespoons sugar
· 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
· 14 ounces semisweet chocolate, broken into 1/2-ounce pieces
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
For the hazelnut butter: toast and skin the hazelnuts, then finely chop them in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add 4 tablespoons butter and process until combined.

setaside.
---For the cake: Raise the oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Heat 1 inch of water in the bottom half of a double boiler over medium heat. Place the unsweetened chocolate in the top half of the double boiler. Tightly cover the top with film wrap, heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
Coat a 9- by 1-1/2 inch cake pan with 1 teaspoon butter. Flour the pan with 1 teaspoon flour, shaking out the excess. Sift 1 cup flour, the cocoa, baking soda, and salt onto wax paper. Set aside.
Combine the brown sugar and 4 tablespoons butter in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle. Beat on low for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then beat on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Scrape again. Add 1 egg and beat on high for 15 seconds, scrape again. Add the remaining egg, beat on high for 15 seconds. Scrape one more time. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Add the melted chocolate and the vanilla and beat on low for 30 seconds. Scrape down the bowl one more time.
Heat 1/2 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. With the mixer on low, add a third of the sifted flour and half the sour cream to the chocolate mixture and mix for 30 seconds. Add the next third of flour and the rest of the sour cream and mix again for 30 seconds. Add remaining flour and the water and mix for 30 seconds. Use a rubber spatula to finish smoothing out the cake batter.
Spread cake batter into evenly into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool cake in the pan for 15 minutes at room temperature. Turn out onto a cooling rack and keep at room temperature until needed.
---For the ganache: Heat the heavy cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons butter in a 2-1/2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil. Place the semisweet chocolate in a stainless steel bowl. Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Keep at room temperature until ready to use.
Slice cake horizontally into 3 equal layers. Place a dab of ganache in the center of a cake circle. Place the top layer of the cake, cut side down, onto the circle, gently pressing down on the cake so that the ganache will hold it in place. Place the center layer of the cake on a separate cake circle. Also place the bottom layer of the cake, cut side down on a third cake circle. Evenly spread 3/4 cup of the ganache over the top and center layers of the cake. Refrigerate these layers for 20 minutes. Remove the 2 layers form the refrigerator and divide and spread the hazelnut butter over the ganache on both cake layers, spreading evenly to the edges. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. slide the ganache center layer onto the ganache top layer. Slide the bottom layer onto ganache center layer. Pour the remaining ganache over the cake, spreading with a spatula to create and even coating of ganache on both the top and sides of the cake. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.
Cut the cake with a serrated slicer, heating the blade of the slicer under hot running water before making each slice. Allow the slices to come to room temperature for 30 to 40 minutes before serving.

Notes: If you don't like it, just delete the hazlenut part. I've made this and it came out really well. I'd serve it with a little whipped cream to cut the sweetness. For 20 people you'd probably make two cakes, since I assume you don't have gigantic cake pans like I do! I always use bittersweet chocolate NOT semi, it's too sweet for me.

Sunday

We had a giant breakfast, pancakes, homefries, bacon, eggs, juice, coffee. Kris spent the night. Those three kids ate ONE POUND of bacon. Can you believe that. I started initiating the cats to the outside. Taily and I went for several walks around the property during the day. She had a lot of fun exploring under the house, the chicken house, and the woods. Jelly and Jam came and spent the afternoon with us. Jelly and JK did lots of manly work outside, whilst Jam and I drank wine all afternoon. AVGTWHBA. Sometime in the afternoon Taily escaped to the out of doors and didn't come back all night. Isaiah and I were pretty upset. I balled like a baby. Congrats to the Pats!!!!!

Saturday:

Leigh came over in the a.m. for a minute. Isaiah made her day by announcing the Steelers are his favorite football team. Do you think I should give him my Terrible Towel?

The party started at 2. Thomas, Parker, Kristen and Sinead came. It was the perfect number of kids. Isaiah really had a good time and enjoyed his gifts very much. If you didn't attend, we missed you but you wouldn't have had a chair to sit in anyway.....
It was great to see the Wonders, AND baby Sinead, she is adoreable.

Saturday night we had burgers, fries and pickes for dinner. The burgers were excellent. My secret to great hamburgers is a sprinkle of Worchestershire sauce. Everyone will tell you how fabulous your burgers are if you use that. We then had a poker tourney and here are the results: 4th-JK, 3rd-A-lo, 2nd-Snoop, 1st-RK!!! The grand prize and runner-up prize was scratch offs, but we didn't win anything extra. Thanks to A-Lo for providing the prizes.

Weekend in review

Friday:

Friday, Leigh and I went to Bangor after school. We got party supplies at Target and groceries at Hannaford. Then we went to Blockbuster. Leigh introduced me to BK chicken fries. I was VERY impressed. Then we went to DQ and picked up the most beautiful ice cream cake EVER. (DQ Broadway). We went home and had pizza, beer and watched the Steelers! Hooray for Steelers!

1st Lowell Invitational

The first Lowell Invitational will take place tomorrow night around 7. I don't know if it will be a tourney or penny poker, so you better be prepared to name a game when it's your turn to deal.

Fast Willie Parker

Steelers vs. Dolphins

Though I am determined not to reveal the final score of the game last night, I do feel obligated to comment on the first game of the year. So I will say this: Charlie did his job very well. My new favorite football player is Fast Willy Parker. He's who I love this year. Troy was awesome as always. Bill Cower did not play quarterback. It was a good opening game with a lot of highs, and a lot of lows. The opening of the show was as queer as you can get, Diddy sucked and is a much worse lip syncher than Britney, if you can believe that. Jerome's grand entrance was marred by his holding his crotch the entire time, what's with that anyway? Why do men do that? I mean you're on national tv, leave it alone for a few minutes.

Wednesday, September 06, 2006

So my goal for the next 3 hours is going to be to try to stay awake. So far today I have gone to a 2 hour training session about Word (which I helped present) and gone to lunch. Now I GUESS I have some work to do, but really, who wants to start their day at 2 pm?

Isaiah's gift (hopefully) will be there on time for his partay. It's not wrapped though, so RK if you want him to have the gift opening experience, leave it in the package or something. Or wrap it. I dunno.

I am VERY happy that nip/tuck started last night. It is already promising to be a season of sexual escapades and intrigue. Poor Christian, will he ever find love?

Bridge Report

Bridge was hosted by Nonie last night. The cards were pretty bad the first half of the night but then things picked up in the second half. I had a couple of AMAZING hands in which I scored 5 spades (doubled) AND I got a grand slam in no trump. Tracey and I had over 800 in that round. Tracey won high with over 3200, Nonie came in second and I was third with 2600. Gram won Goose and Helen was low. The treat was gingerbread with cream which Nonie CLAIMED was a Pillsbury mix, but it was too good to be a mix so we didn't really believe her. AVGTWHBA. Next week bridge will be at Suzanne's. I'm going to try to convince her to make blonde brownies or whoopie pies.

Monday

Yesterday, we didn't move very much stuff at all. We went to Marden's but didn't find a THING (except door mats). We moved the cats, though, and had a mini birthday party (cake only) for Isaiah. Can you believe that kid is 9? He's so funny, he needs new knobs on his closet (one is missing) and he helped wash the living room floor (he insisted). He likes things done correctly you know. John and I wondered how long it would take him to mention the door knob thing, and the answer was one day. Ah well, it's there at the top of the list. The cats are completely freaked out. We are keeping them inside for a week so if you come to visit, please don't let the cats out. If you're not sure if they're there, stand and bang at the door until we come to it.

So, basically, we're there, please come visit. If you come to stay you better bring your sleeping bag though, because we have no extra sleeping accommodations at this point.

Isaiah's birthday party is on Saturday, so Emily, if you're reading this, I can't help you move Saturday but John will come up in the afternoon or on Sunday if you want him.

If you need to get in touch with us in the evening you will have to call our cell phones. Our telephones have not yet been moved. The cell has voice mail.

Saturday...

On Saturday, I finished cleaning the dining room and we moved a little more stuff. Mitsy came and visited us for a long time. Then we had a Fire Dept thing to go to and we took the kids to the Springfield fair. I think Leigh came down for a minute.

Sunday we moved the table and kitchen crap and beds and tons of clothes. I've been sweeping spiders down every day. There is a very large colony of spiders as big as your fist. I seem to be winning the war so far. I cleaned more and cooked veggy and reg. lasagne, bread and apply pan dowdy (that one didn't work). I forgot to get salad stuff so it was a one course meal. In the evening Jerry, Todd, Dawn, Dylan, Dad, Mom, Georgia and Flora came down. Some of them ate, some of them sang. We had a really fun time. I introduced Dylan to NASCAR and he seemed to enjoy it, even if I didn't. We somehow drank 5 bottles of wine. They all left around 10 and Jerry John and I stayed up till midnight, with me entertaining them with my Kris Kristopherson repertoire. AVVGTWHBA

The Big Move

Well, it's FINALLY happened. We're still in a state of shock, but I'll try to convey the events of the past 4 or 5 days.

Friday, I couldn't stand being in the shack for another minute, so after coffee JK and I headed right for Bangor. We had lunch at the Eagles nest (JK-lobster roll, fries; me BLT, fries) then we went to Mardens for a quick run through and didn't find anything. Then we ran through Targhay and bought a few little items, then we went to the closing, which lasted about a half hour. We then got a few groceries and headed home. Our first visitors were Todd, Dawn and Dylan. Man that kid is a punkin, I'll post some photos some time today. They didn't stay long but they brought us a bottle of much needed champagne! After they left I cleaned the kitchen and most of the dining room then leigh came and had some champagne. She didn't stay long either. Then we went to the house and got enough stuff to be able to sleep and have coffee.

Shop 'till You Drop

Yesterday, M, T, and I did the Potomac Mills Mall. I cannot explain to you how LONG this mall is. It's probably no bigger than any other big mall, but it's only on one floor, so you walk a mile from one end to the other. I literally wore out my sneakers from Sax off 5th to Nordstrom Rack--where I ended up getting New Balance for 50 bucks!

I also got 3 shirts and a pair of pants, and a cute pair of earrings at Liz Claiborne, for 50 bucks! Do I know how to bargain shop, or what?

I had a lovely time dressing up M for work--she's like my doll. I just pick out the clothes and tell her to buy them, and they pay for it. It's a system that works for me.

Josh Karpf: In Search of the Perfect Pork Martini

Josh Karpf: In Search of the Perfect Pork Martini

For a rainy day, I've kicked butt. I've already been up and out--went to the post office, bank, starbucks, shoe store, and bought some gifts and cards. I rule. Look at me go.....go all the way to my bedroom so I can spend the rest of the day reading....
